Health management

 

Implement the main responsibility:

The person in charge of the children’s welfare home is the first person in charge of epidemic prevention and control, establishes a prevention and control system, organizes nursing staff, medical staff and logistics personnel in the hospital to formulate emergency plans, and does a good job in information collection of relevant personnel.

Establish a health monitoring system:

Special personnel will be assigned to monitor the body temperature of the staff and children in the welfare home. Morning and late examinations will be carried out every day. Those with abnormal body temperature or cough, fatigue and other symptoms should seek medical treatment and investigation in time so as to achieve “early detection, early reporting, early diagnosis, early isolation and early treatment”.

Strengthen the propaganda and education of prevention and control knowledge

By means of health tips, posting posters, video broadcasting and other means (non-aggregative learning), we will strengthen the scientific publicity and popularization of novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control knowledge, guide children to fully understand novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control knowledge, learn correct hand washing methods, and develop good hygiene habits.

Establish a registration system for people entering and leaving the country.

During the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, unnecessary visits were minimized. All personnel shall be monitored for body temperature before entering the welfare home, and those with abnormalities shall not enter. Reduce the procurement frequency of logistics procurement personnel and other materials, and try to adopt door-to-door delivery and other methods.

Give full play to the role of the infirmary.



Pay attention to the provision of relevant drugs, various protective articles and disinfection materials, such as masks, protective clothing, goggles, hand sanitizer, disinfection tools, disinfectants, etc.

Encourage the development of mental health services

To understand the mental health status of children affected by the epidemic and relieve their anxiety and fear.

Reasonable control of personnel density

Make full use of the space in the welfare home, reasonably control the number of nursing staff and children in living rooms, activity rooms, washrooms, bathing rooms, play areas, book reading areas, office areas and other areas, and keep a distance of more than 1 meter between people.

Treatment of vomitus

When human vomitus is found, the vomitus shall be covered and disinfected immediately with disposable absorbent material plus sufficient disinfectant or effective disinfection dry towel. After the vomitus is removed, quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant or chlorine-containing disinfectant shall be used for disinfection of the surface of the object.

Cleaning and Disinfection of Meal (Drinking) Utensils

Remove residues from food (drinking) utensils, after cleaning, boil or circulate steam for disinfection for 15 minutes; Or use thermal disinfection cabinet and other disinfection methods; Or use a solution with an effective chlorine content of 250 mg/L, soak and disinfect for 30 minutes, and rinse the residual disinfectant after disinfection.

Cleaning and disinfection of public toilets and bathing rooms

Sanitary ware in public toilets and bathing rooms (dressing rooms and bathing rooms) in welfare homes can be disinfected daily. Disinfectant containing available chlorine 500mg/L can be soaked or wiped. After 30 minutes of action, clean water can be used for later use.

01 General Measures

  • Set up an isolated observation area. When nursing staff and children have suspicious symptoms such as fever, fatigue and dry cough, they should go to the area for temporary isolation in time and then deal with them according to relevant specifications.
  • Strengthen health monitoring. Nursing staff should pay attention to their own health status monitoring, and welfare homes should reasonably arrange staff to take breaks.
  • Strengthen the renovation of outdoor environment. Strengthen the cleaning of public areas in the hospital, thoroughly remove the deposits and garbage scattered in the hospital and corners, so as to achieve daily cleaning and sanitation without dead corners.
  • Strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of the surface of objects and the ground of key places. Should keep living rooms, canteens or restaurants, bathhouses, public activity areas and other places clean and tidy environment and place floor clean, daily regular disinfection and records. The chlorine-containing disinfectant with available chlorine 500mg/L can be used for wiping and disinfection.
  • Strengthen the classified management of garbage, collect and remove it in time, and clean the garbage container. Chlorine-containing disinfectant with available chlorine 500mg/L can be used to disinfect it regularly.

1 Nursing staff and children who have suspicious symptoms of novel coronavirus pneumonia (including fever, dry cough, fatigue, nasal obstruction, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhea, etc.) and do not exclude epidemiological history should immediately wait for a special bus to be transported to the fever clinic in the temporary isolation area of the welfare home.

If it is confirmed as a suspected case or a confirmed case, it shall be immediately sent to a designated medical institution for treatment; Welfare institutions shall promptly report to relevant departments, cooperate with local health and civil affairs departments to carry out close contact investigation and implement 14-day isolation observation; Cooperate with terminal disinfection.

Children and accompanying staff who return to welfare institutions after seeing a doctor in medical institutions (not required for good protection personnel) should be isolated and observed for 14 days before moving in and working without any abnormalities.

3 novel coronavirus pneumonia children who need to return to welfare institutions after being cured shall be isolated and observed for 14 days according to the requirements of discharged case management, and can only be admitted after there is no abnormality.
